This harmony promotes long-term motivation and wellbeing while assisting in the prevention of burnout.

Understanding the connections between courses and future goals and practical applications, can boost motivation and engagement. From this vantage point, learning from a succession of obstacles to overcome, becomes a fulfilling journey towards professional and personal development.
The process of developing the proper attitude is continuous and calls for self-examination as well as deliberate effort. Undergraduates can cultivate this by implementing strategies such as goal-setting that is growth-oriented, reinterpreting setbacks as teaching moments, asking for feedback, and emphasising effort over results. Students equip themselves to maximise their undergraduate experience, and get ready for lifelong learning and adaptability, by cultivating a growth-oriented, optimistic mentality.
